That is the way beginning all stories, and that's the way begin the story of "Kopitoto" (The Hoof). In the beginning of the last century, of 4-5 kilometres distance from Varna on a busy trade road in seaside of Dobrudga and Romania was situated an inn. The hospitable host was able to prepare delicious Bulgarian dishes. The loaded carts down with golden wheat always stopped here. The strangers were eating, and their horses were mustering for the heavy road.

        The inn was popularising but it had not a name. In front of the inn many horses leaved their traces. And from their traces came the name "Kopitoto" - The Hoof ...

        In 1948 the inn was nationalized and it became state resort until 1975, when Jordan Nikolov (Elder man Dancho) rented it. And "Kopitoto" was popularizing with the delicious rissoles of Elder man Dancho. His true helper was his wife Jechka. And not too long, theirs an only daughter Mimi and the son-in-low Mitko. They manage to keep the family traditions and to develop the little inn with 25 places to present bigger measures.

        The time flies and now after 20 years... The Elder man Dancho is gone from our world. But in the family resort now work his granddaughters. In 1995 Mimi and Mitko registered the family firm "Elder man Dancho". Now Kopitoto is situated on new place, in the world-famous resort St. Constantine and Helena. It began to work with 30 places, then they became 300 and nowadays the places are 800. It springs up for 10 years and transforms in a fabulous restaurant "Kopitoto".

        This is the most popular and visited folk place of amusement in the resort. The regularly consumers aren't only Bulgarian, here come many foreigners and holidaymakers from all over the world.
